Use:
Mikado Inserts are products used to fix to concrete ceilings, serving as a fixed position to install threaded rods or bolts for structural suspension systems under the ceiling.
Mikado Inserts have much better bearing capacity compared to other products used in Vietnam.

Mikado Insert CH-TYPE:
Formwork applicable: Plywood
Use: For heavy equipment
Placement Procedure:
1.Drive a threaded nail at the marked position using a hammer and attach a locating fixture on the formwork.
2.After placement of reinforcing bars, place the insert onto the locating fixture.
3. When the formwork is removed, fixtures and nails are also removed because they are attached to the formwork, and after-treatment of nails is not required.

Formwork applicable: For deck/Keystone plate
Use: For heavy equipment
Placement Procedure
- Cut a hole at the marked position precisely using a drill or hole saw of the specified diameter
- Place the insert into the hole.
- Easy installation by pressing the insert lightly into the hole.
